   • We provide manage hosting services which include, but are not limited to, domain registration, website hosting, email hosting, and related support services.

   • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

   • We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
   • Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

   • All content included in our services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gengbiz or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
    • Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, suitability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of our services.
11. Limitation of Liability
    • In no event shall Gengbiz be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of our services.
12. Indemnification
    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gengbiz and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the services.
